The part where it talks about how people just repeat the same patterns without noticing really got me. I realized I do the exact same thing — wake up, do tasks, scroll, sleep, and don’t even question it. I came across this thread случайно and ended up watching the video out of curiosity. It’s interesting, not because it’s trying too hard, but because it reflects something simple that most people probably experience.
