Hello everyone! Since we are spending more time organizing our family storage downstairs, I noticed a musty smell and some minor wall discoloration on the concrete. With heavy seasonal rains coming up, I really want to get this sorted out before it becomes a bigger, more expensive problem. Has anyone here hired a reliable contractor recently who won't overcharge for sealing foundation cracks?
